The salesman that came to our home, Charlie, was not pushy in the least. He gave us options for new and reconditioned. The only thing against him is that he left too fast for us to make a decision. I think he was late for another appointment. We also visited the showroom and Tiffany gave us a tour and let us try different products. The installer was wonderful. He was on time and friendly and finished when he said he would be. A great experience all around.

They did what they said they would do. Everyone we worked with was friendly, prompt, timely and efficient. Best part is we know mom will be safe on the stairs now.

My sales person Charlie Babcock was awesome to work with! He helped me and my wife through this process. The installation was smooth, unfortunately they were a couple hours late on their arrival which caused some issues for me with time off from work.

Nathan and Arrow Lift were prompt, courteous, responsive.... all of which is so important at this stage of my parents' life, where they and we are all so nervous about what lies ahead, and how much longer it makes sense for them to stay in the house they've lived in for over 50 years.
