I noticed my alarm was down I made a call to the dispatch at Alert 360 EMG Alarm. They scheduled an appointment for the technician to come out on a day that I was not working and a time that was convenient for me. The gentleman called me about 15 or 20 minutes before he was going to be at the house he arrived on time quickly assessed the situation remedied the situation with a new component put everything back the way it was and then reviewed the situation with me. He was neat courteous and extremely efficient, outstanding service!!!!!!

I could not ask for anything more when it comes to Alert 360. They have great service, great technicians, and offer solid security equipment. I recommend Alert 360 highly to those looking to add protection to their investments.

Technician was great! Installation went smoothly, he was very knowledgeable about the system and how everything worked. He ensured we had all the info we needed and were set up & ready to go before he left. Our entire expert was great! From working with Kandace in sales and our technician, Jerold, wonderful system and awesome customer service!! Great system!!

The technician was very knowledgeable on my system and updated any things that needed updating and checked everything to make sure we were on all working systems felt very safe and comfortable after he left.

Kinard, the service tech, was prompt, courteous and professional. Due to my fault, he repaired the panel display in record time, changed out 1 motion detector and 2 sensors all without cost. He even deleled a Go-Bridge device not need as a result of upgrading my system, again at no extra cost. Most importantly I have never had a false alarm as police and fire departments responed when needed. Alert 360 has the BEST equipment and services I have ever had and has never nickledor dimed me to death. This is a licensed a very professional operating company.
