Erick was professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He did an excellent job. My only concern was that I was charged $25.00 that I was not aware of before calling for assistance. Possibly might mistake.

Gregory replaced the mother board to fix my random alarm siren going off. He was very professional and explained what was happening with my alarm system. He is confident this fixes it once and for all.
