I had an old Cloud-Forge T3 humidifier that leaked from day one. Could not fill past the seam between the power unit and the reservoir, without it leaking down the front of the display. Emailed with my issue, and was helped the next day. Customer service was more than willing to help solve my issue, great job! My new Cloud-Forge T3 humidifier works as prescribed and does not leak, awesome!

ACI’s customer service is the best I’ve ever experienced hands down!! The speedy response and correcting the issue was probably the fastest I’ve ever dealt with on GOD!!!!

Yasmin handled inquiries quickly and professionally. She sent out a replacement to attempt to resolve the problem experienced. After that issue was concluded, I inquired about another fan product I was considering for my amp. She suggested a different model than I had picked. Ordered it and loved it! The fan unit was noisy. I sent in a video. Yasmin asked for additional video and the tech concluded there was abnormal grinding occurring. The replacement arrived in a couple days and was absolutely silent!! Best customer service I've experienced for a long time!
