One of the AC Infinity products I use failed recently, so I called customer service and then created by their advice a warranty request. All experience of reaching, talking and creating a ticket was orderly, easy and pleasant. I've receive a replacement product which works good. Keep up good work AC Infinity!

Fast response. above and be on what I wanted. !st class company to do business with. Minor problem, more of a FYI with one piece of equipment. Magnet falling off controller. Action taken quickly! Over the last 2 years I have attained a lot of ACI equipment and think it is the best to buy! Replaced most of everything with ACI. Can not wait to see what ACI comes up with next.
