So I’ve been buying from Ac Infinity for years now and nothing but exceptional products. I’ve had one issue in 4 years and Jose helped with that issue and quickly resolved it. Woke up today with an issue and went to bed with a resolution. Thank you Ac Infinity. You have exceeded my expectations and I plan on spreading the word consistently of your great products and great customer service. Thanks

I am very happy with AC Infinity their products have worked great for me from inline fans, clip on fans to my 4x8 tent and so many other things. If I have had a problem Nick or one of the other employees have taken care of me and replaced it. I also like how AC Infinity packs all their products you can tell they have pride in what we are receiving so hats off to you. I will continue to purchase from AC Infinity all products that I am looking for that they offer. Thank You .

The replacement process for the warranty was very easy and the stood behind their product and didn't make it difficult for me to get a replacement which I really appreciate!

Ordered a 2 pack of grow tent fans from Amazon in July 2026. One of the fans stopped working in September 2026. Contacted customer support and sent them the requested info on the bad fan. They are sending out a replacement now. The ACInfinity eco system is awesome and I’ve had a great experience when it comes to their customer service.
