Great customer service. TERRIBLE engineering and product design. They sell a temp/hum sensor(comes with controller), a CO2 sensor, and a hydro sensor but only have 2 sensor ports on the controller...FAIL! Customer services answer..."they're working on a splitter for the sensor port." So it's a known issue but they don't inform potential customers...FAIL. Sorry ACI, you suck and I guess I do too for assuming you sell products that work like advertised.

AC sels us a half baked product and then offers expensive solutions to fix it. How long its been from the launch of ACI AI controller and stil you cant plug in more than 2 sensors into the device??? Shame for a controller that cost so much money not be able to use it fully. I would stay away from ACI. waste of my time and money.

This company has some decent Tech, but they rob you in shipping cost

The technician was friendly, but the repair didn’t last more than a week. They did send someone back free of charge, but I expected better quality from the start.

Super Produkte, Leise effizient und zuverlässig. Leider gibt es nicht einmal ansatzweise gleiche Produkte wie in den USA. Stafzölle und Lieferzeiten bzw Engpässe sind hier Normalität, zur Mary Jane reiste man mit na handvoll Produkte die man nicht mal erwerben konnte. Adapterstecker für fremdgeräte und in Europa gängige 125mm Lüfter bzw rohrmaterial gibt es hier einfach nicht. Wenn mal etwas rüberschwappt ist innerhalb kürzester Zeit wieder ausverkauft. Und was ist eigentlich mal mit anderen Sprachen in der App und dem Controller. Einfach schade denn die Produkte an sich sind einfach super und suchen ihres gleichen.

Customer service was great. The customer service agent gets 5 stars! Your processing and shipping I give 0 stars if I could on your shipping when of course it's warranty. You delay your customers because they don't have to pay for anything. looks cheap on your end. vivosun ptoducts looks better and better. Can't believe I'm saying that!

Just thought there should be a small discount on Gen 2 fans if you had purchased Gen 1 fans. Like a 2% discount since the issues that were corrected were AC INFINITY fault

What should I say? Prices seems good, product looks cool but for my part.. shipping seems a bit way too high. to Austria its just 450 for delivery. Of a Fan with Filter. Like.. ye what else should I say? I'd recommend to buy somewhere else when your not from the US, but maybe its the same there I don't know... just rude.
