7cups is an amazing platform which helps a lot of people get the support which they cannot find in real life. It offers an environment where one feels understood and less lonely. There are communities and forums where people connect and empathize with one another. Trained active-listerners are all the time available for one to vent their feelings. Also, self-help guides are available for one to understand their issues and progress themselves in their journey of healing. Personally, this platform has helped me a lot in times of distress and for that I will always be extremely grateful. I would recommend anyone who needs to a shoulder to lean on or to talk about how they feel, to become a part of this wonderful community. You will definitely find yourself understood by so many others.

this is the only app that has really helped me. there you can look for listeners who have experienced the same problems and issues. there are so many listeners who come from different countries and who speak different languages. you can also talk in groups so that you really never feel alone. the service in the app is also very nice and helpful. So you don't have to worry if you have any problems in this app. from my experience (a person who doesn't dare to go to a therapist and has been looking for such an app for years) i can only recommend this app
