Amazing app! Super kind and empathetic listeners. If you are suffering, remember you are not alone. All it takes is a text

One of the best apps for mental health! You can connect with trained compassionate listeners, chat with persons you have been through similar things than you, casually talk in group chats or even make posts so that people can help you out

The whole idea behind 7cups is praiseworthy with compassionate listeners to offer their friendly ears in hearing out your concerns and creating the safe space to talk about matters you'd otherwise feel uncomfortable sharing ultimately giving the sense of being heard.

People here can find similar topic to discuss. We have communities that provide support. Members and listeners are both friendly to new comers. You can gain support here if you have emotional distress.

As a trained listener, I found that many members had complex issues that no trained listener would have the skills to manage. Contacts are difficult to maintain, with many members dropping off in the middle of a chat. Once in a while, it can be a supportive, mutually engaged chat. But these experiences are few and far between. Listeners are trained in reflective listening, which often is simply parroting back and rephrasing member concerns. This is not a satisfying approach for many members in need. A mixed bag, largely dependent on luck.
