So far best app 🤩✨This helps me alot to deal with people who have anxiety and depression or loneliness and any else mental issues.. best app for that psychology career

Overall idea of the app is good but the app is very laggy both in mobile and web

The website is great for getting mental health support in general and also a great platform for psychology students to learn actually valuable and practical skills regarding their field.

Great company for those who just need that tiny bit of support who can't afford or don't want to go to a formal institute. Can always look for the right person to talk to based on the problem you have

Honestly, most of it is great. It’s got a great concept and quite a lot of great people. The issues come in two forms, technical issues and people abusing this site. I am Spanish, for at least a week and a bit there has been a issue with tildes, any tilde you put gets changed into the code for it, which is rather annoying, in addition to this the app has lazy translating that doesn’t even reach the whole app. Now the biggest issue is the amount of people who try to abuse this app, this is not the apps fault but it still affects the experience and makes it unsafe for minors to be using this app. Otherwise it’s great I really recommend it : ) also Im tired so this might be a dramatic review

7Cups has helped me learn many things and improve myself; I have more patience, can manage the time better, and am seeing myself be more compassionate. They absolutely practice what they preach. Their Academy programs and Trainings are in-depth and provide much useful information for everyone! While there are, of course, some cons - as there are to any website - such as, some members or Listeners not doing what they’re supposed to, which can’t be controlled on a large scale, it’s been an overall lovely and worthwhile learning experience for me as a Listener.

This has been truly rewarding. I've been a Listener for a vouple months now. The people I've come accross members and Listeners alike have been kind and compassionate. The community is very supportive and guides you whenever you get stuck. Truly grateful I found 7 cups!
