You are not wasting your time on this application. Even if you don't need to talk with a listener, being part of the community is heartwarming itself. 7 Cups has proved to be a great platform for people to get support in an anonymous environment. I have really enjoyed my time as a Listener on this website, as I have learned so much during my short time in this role and have been inspired by so many others. The mission of this website is an admirable one, and it is a great way for people who desire to pursue a career in the psychology field to gain more experience that aligns with their goals!

I have been a Listener on 7 Cups for about five weeks now and I am very impressed with the quality of the Listeners here. Another plus is that 7 Cups features dozens of training for Listeners and self-help guides for the Members we talk with.

I am really interested in mental health path. 7Cups helps me a lot to be a good listener. The academical courses in there helped me to learn new things and enhance my knowledge and skills. And I am really happy to help other people as much as I can. Thank you 7 Cups.

This is an absolutely amazing site!! I have been a listener since 2015. I left in 2018, but this site has always tugged at my heart so now I’m back. The help and support that members receive from this site is amazing. They leave feeling like they have people to vent to and honestly, 7Cups changes and saves lives. I know it saved mine. I started when I was 16 and going through a lot of trauma. This site helped me to heal and be a light for others going through the same. 7Cups changed my life. It also made me realize that the job and path I was supposed to take in life, was helping people and loving others. And now I’m on my way to becoming a Substance Abuse Counselor and working at a Recovery Center. I cannot thank everyone at 7Cups enough for the work they do. ♥️

Truly an inspiring experience from a listeners point of view. I first came to this site as a lovesick loner, missing my wife, having dark feelings and thoughts. I decided to become a listener because me and my ex always wanted to help others and I wanted to continue that journey. Little did I know it would spark a huge passion in me. Being a listener is a humbling and rewarding position. To be able to help other people sort out their darkest moments and metaphorically hold their hand through mental/ emotional health crisis is truly rewarding. We all help eachother here on this site. After 36 years I now have decided to go back to college to become a mental and emotional health counselor. I always wanted to help others but never knew my path. Thank you 7 cups for not just helping me through my own dark hour but giving me the chance to give back to others. To spread compassion and love and literally change my life. This is a community about growth, love, acceptance, encouragement, and setting real mental and emotional Mile stones. Thank you 7cup. This isnt just a review but a letter of gratitude.
