Does not work! When I call for a refund no one answers or calls me back. Huge waste of time and money!!!! Do not buy.

I wish I had read these reviews before purchasing. I purchased the 5 minute skin at home laser device a year ago and have used it for an entire year. Not a change whatsoever in the hair growth. It's absolute garbage. I was so excited for the prospect and now I'm nervous to try a different brand, worried it will have the same results.

Bought the 5minskin and read the reviews..cancelled it the morning after and sent an email which was recieved. They sent the product the next day despite me cancelling it. Two emails sent and will continue, until I get my refund. Scam scam scam..

I received this device as a Christmas gift. I used it 1-2 times per week for 10 weeks, with about 50 light blasts on my bikini area each use, and about 10 light blasts on each underarm each use, and I was seeing no results at all. I decided to call for advice, and I was told that I was using the device properly (shaving each time beforehand, using the max strength of 6, etc.), and that I should email also and try to use the device 3 times per week. I added another use per week to do it 3 times per week for the next 2 weeks (making it 12 weeks of consistent use). Still NO CHANGE to my hair growth. It’s like I did nothing at all. This device is a complete waste of time and money. I was sent a link to return the device, and they told me I was beyond the 90 day return window. I contacted them after 70 days of use, and I explained that, and that I was simply trying their suggestion of using the device 3 times per week after contacting them, and they still told me I could not return the device. Terrible! They don’t even back their product and give their customers good customer service. If I contacted them for advice, and I followed it, with still achieving no results, I should be able to return it. Don’t waste your time or money on this device. I will never recommend 5 min skin. Useless product and bad customer service.
