I'm going to be very honest, it's my first time using this type of product. I like the presentation, the quality. I'm just in my first hair removal session, so later I'll give another review with the result.

I ordered it because it said all hair color on the website. You pay and get it Then the instructions make it clear it does not work on blonde or white hair. Or dark skin or tanned. I've got them all. Tried to return it. Offered me 40 % and said give to to a friend or relative. Really. I didn't buy as a gift. What do you think my family looks like. Blonde and tanned. Or black. Horrible company. Never even addressed the misleading info on website

I had a problem with my power cord and 5minskin made it right as soon as I e-mailed them they got right back to me really fast. They fixed. everything really quick and were very nice about everything. I would definitely recommend 5minskin to my family and friends. Thank you for heing such an awesome business. It seems like you really care about your customers and that means a lot, because most companies today really don't give two s**** about anyone. Received my IPL hair removal in 3 days but after reading the manual I had to return because it would not work for my skin type. One should do their research before ordering.

I've used my IPL for 12 weeks and I see a visible hair reduction. Planning to give it a couple more weeks to get desired result

I purchased this at the end of last year, about 3 half months ago. I have used it exactly to the Companys instructions. It has made no difference what so ever to my hair growth. They told me to use it longer but now money back guarantee period has expired. It is a waste of money. Am very dissapointed

After reading the company's advice to not use if you have skin conditions I asked a pharmacist and was advised not yo use this product. I asked 5minskin for their returns policy which was to return the item for a 10% refund if sales cost and return item to Miami (when it had been sent from Feltham) which I questioned yet again. They refused to allow returns to the dispatch UK address. UPDATE 15/4/2024 I have received a 90% refund as 10% is a restocking fee. I am happy with that but the return policy needs to be more prominent on the 5MS website

betaling is afgeschreven van mijn creditcard. Ik krijg echter geen enkele bevestiging. berichten gestuurd via contactformulier, geen reactie! Telefoon werkt niet en mijn geld kan ik niet terugkrijgen via de bank omdat ik geen bevestiging van aankoop heb! volgens mij word ik hier behoorlijk opgelicht.
