Apparaat doet niet wat het beloofd. Netjes 2x per week gebruikt maar geen enkel resultaat. Los contact in het adapter dus gaat pas aan na meerdere keren schudden. E-Mailadres niet bestelbaar. Oppassen als je denkt koperbescherming via PayPal te kunnen krijgen, is hier dus mislukt. Dacht hiermee veilig te handelen maar helaas.

My device stopped working after a few months despite sending emails to the addresses provided all I get back is a bounced email so those emails no longer exist - they’ve got my money and I’ve got a useless product Thank you for your reply but I've checked and there are no emails in spam or junk from 5minskin or anyone else in relation to emails regarding the device that is not working So do you have any other suggestions as to how I may send it back and get a refund?

Return product a few weeks ago and still haven't received my money back. Couldn't use this cuz my hair are blonde. Reading the instructions I realized & sent it back unused. Still no refund.

Misleading claim because not suitable for aged white hair.

This product works. I have another brand of laser hair removal and it didn't seem to work so I ordered this one. Great product. My wife wants me to remove all the hair from my neck done. My legs are almost completely hairless, along with my arms and underarms. I need more time for my chest hair but it's starting to work. Very happy with my 5MinSkin Laser. And it's extremely easy to use.
