Andrew was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful in the selection process of my new Arya Go portable oxygen concentrator. It took me two weeks to decide what I wanted to do, but he was very patient in the process.

This is my second unit purchased so with my knowledge and with Aaron help it was easy.

I bought a Liberty 2 from First Class Medical and have nothing but problems with it. I paid $90 for shipping to have them repair it and they said it works fine and sent it back. It vibrates like a freight train so noisy you can’t sleep. They do not stand behind their warranty at all.

The buy back program is a rip off. We spent $3500 for an oxygen generator that was more portable for my wife to use when we went someplace . We had it for about 40 days. My wife passed away so I called them about buying it back. I was offered up to $450. Less if they could find any reason to knock the price down more. I told them I wasn't interested.

Chris was a pleasure to work with. He is honest and positive and left us believing he truly cared about our needs. He was the only representative I talked to that cared whether I did business with them. Add to that a very competitive price and fast shipping. All around a great experience.
