So far my experience with 1st class Medical has been excellent. One evening I was researching different home and portable oxygen concentrators and decided to call one of the telephone numbers I found which happened to be 1st class medical. I did not think I would get an answer as it was past 7pm but a sales rep Emily Brinkman answered straight away and was very helpful. I was given a lot of information and decided to consult overnight with my husband about it. The next afternoon I called Emily and placed my order. I am now excitedly awaiting my concentrators and hoping that this will improve my health. So a huge thank you Emily Brinkman for your excellent help in choosing these machines.
