Very unhappy that I was told my portable concentrator would be sipped overnight by Emily. Called today (Sat, Oct 10, 2026) and the guy did not want to "take the time to look up the shipping info^ for me saying he was the only one working. Seriously? Who keeps a loser like that employed? Very rude to a cash paying customer and I am extremely pissed. I truly hope the people higher up can figure out this person's name and demote or fire him. He is not customer-friendly whatsoever. I hope I am the one to undo his employment with you. Cindy R.

I understand I was given extra batteries and it is a used machine but operation is poor. The control panel doesn't work most of the time. I have to disconnect the battery to get it to shut off. Sometimes it does mostly it doesn't. For the amount I paid I think I couldhave done much better else where.

I paid $2,340 on Sunday October 6, 2024 for a refurbished Arya Go with a 16 cell battery and was told by the representative at the time, Jake, that I would have a 3 year extended warranty included with my purchase for this price. Other agents have told me that I only have a one year warranty since my concentrator is refurbished. Either the other agents are lying or Jake is lying. Either way, I feel cheated and scammed. On May 22, 2024 Jake confirmed over the phone that my machine has a 3 year warranty and said he could send me an invoice confirming the 3 year warranty. I have never received the invoice and has since been ignored in my email communications to Jake with the general customer support email CCed. This company was quick to reach out to me even on a Sunday when I placed my order but now that I have an issue with them, it's crickets.

When I called Collin, the unit I had was not working and was still a few days within the warranty period. Instead of sending the unit in for repair, I was talked into purchasing a new concentrator and would receive up to $600 when I returned the old concentrator, case, 1 extra battery, and external charger. He said if all were in good shape, I should have no problem of receiving the full $600. I returned everything and it took a long time for someone to contact me with the refund amount. When they did, I was only offered $100. I learned it was because the warranty on the concentrator had expired. Had I known that, I would have sent it in and had it repaired before it expired. I did not accept the $100 and had her send everything back to me. This whole transaction was just wrong and I still do not agree with the amount offered for the unit. Collin said nothing about the warranty affecting the amount I would receive for the old unit. I feel cheated on this transaction.

I WAS (key word) a long time customer with 1st Class Medical. I made my first purchase back in 2017. My last purchase was in January 2021 and included a trade-in offer for the very same unit I purchased in 2017, including other accessories that I purchased from other sources. This included 2 extra batteries ($500 each), external charger ($120) and Inogen backpack ($100). Once I sent them this trade-in I could not get in touch with anyone nor get someone to call me back about the trade-in assessment FOR THREE MONTHS!! I finally got lucky and someone in the so-called "Customer Care" department and they offered me $300 for the whole lot. This is about 10% of what I paid for everything. When I told them I would like my items back, they delayed by leaving me a message offering me $500. Meanwhile, someone is selling the same unit without any of the extras for about $1,000. When I called back, I was told to leave a message and they will call me back. TWO DAYS LATER, still no return call, so I had to try to get in contact with someone. It took multiple attempts before I could talk to someone from "Customer Care". After I told them I reject their insulting counter offer, they claim that they will be sending me my unit that same day - we shall see. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN!!
