I had recently gone to Worldwide for tile and was not helped at all. The customer service was awful and I left without being helped. So when I needed to look for hardwood floors, I was extremely skeptical about going back. However, I am sure glad I did. My salesman Doug was great and the ladies at customer service were very helpful both in the store and on the phone. But I can't forget about the installation technicians...they were fantastic! They did a beautiful job and we're still smiling after a 9 hour install! I truly couldn't be happier! Thank you!

The Best carpet installers I have ever encountered.

Arrival was on time, removal of the old carpet was quick, prep work for the new carpet was great. The only thing I thing that can say is maybe drop cloths to cover furniture not being my moved. Luckily I covered everything myself before their arrival, but after the job was done, they're was dust everywhere. I can image if I didn't cover everything. So that's my only comment is maybe they can cover furniture pieces during removal & installtion.

I am still waiting for 2 mo for the rug I had to pay for up front everyday they say tomorrow tomorrow never comes very bad customer service
