We are very happy with our purchase of a bedroom carpet from Worldwide. The whole process from ordering through measuring to installation was painless. The work was well done. We got several quotes and theirs was the best by a good margin. We plan to use them again.

I found Worldwide Wholesale Floor Coverings sales people to be very professional. Their installers arrived on time and did everything they were supposed to do very rapidly.

The new rug looks great, they did a good job installing.

The lady who answers the phone is very very rude. But my sales lady and installer were great.

I was disappointed with my experience as there was no followup for the installation date. I feel Worldwide took excessive down payment upfront and required 100% payment for services not rendered. The actual floor which was installed was not the color ordered. I have shared my dissatisfaction with the sales person and feedback online as of today's date no one has called me back with my feedback

Worldwide provided excellent product quality and installation, as well as reasonable pricing. A nice feature is their "Installation Tracker" on their website which enables you to know where your job is in the schedule and when to expect the installer. Overall, a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to family and friends.
