I am satisfied with the service. Need more towers out in the lying areas so more people can get connected. Always more room for improvement.

I still have major blips in service with no accountable reason, that disrupts my work schedule and consulting. Though not as frequent they are highly disturbing when they do occur. Reaching a agent to discuss the outage is nearly impossible and time consuming. Overall our service is excellent when it is working.

Our internet is slow and has been slow. It is now to the point that we can't even get through a 30 min show without it freeze 4 or 5 times and/or jumping back 5 minutes.

Wisper has been absolutely amazing! I wish they would expand their services in Lebanon Mo. It seems like every time I refer someone, it isn't in their area. I would love for everyone to see how amazing they are!

It usually works well. Although their are times when we have a weak signal and causes issues. But most of the time it works well.

Bear with us as we are working hard to make improvements to our network.
Still need to get better internet out in my neighborhood. Get better at getting back with costumers when they call in with a problem. So they don’t have to call in every two weeks to get an update and when it gets sent to level 2 or higher
