Sadly abysmal service. I had hoped for better than Brightspeed but I have struggled for a year with Wisper and have had way more outages, slow slow slow service (and I was paying for fastest!) and bad connectivity. I work from home so reliable service is crucial. Not there with Wisper. And forget trying to stream a movie. I had to use my cell phone Hotspot so much it made no sense to pay Wisper for nothing. To be fair, every time I called customer service (time-sucking annoyance), they did their best and service would improve for a day or two. But good service never lasted. Switching to T-Mobile and hoping for way better based on experience of nearby friends. My advice - DON'T USE WISPER!

The internet does not compare to the pricing of other internets at $127/mo. The coverage is spotty normally, and nonexistent during any sort of weather. It is difficult to receive actual assistance or have anyone come to your house to fix issues. We cancelled service, they charged for the equipment prior to the end of the return window. They have rescheduled picking up their outdoor equipment 3 times now, with the last message open ended "We'll contact you soon to reschedule" with that being two weeks ago. We cancelled service one-two weeks into a billing period which are prepaid, and were denied a refund for the amount of time we did not receive service. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Fairly reliable for about a year and then only intermittent the last few months. Looking for other options.

Consistent outages and unreliable service for my business. How am I expected to stay with someone who has random outages on days with perfect weather and no storms or winds at all. Completely unacceptable service

Quick and professional service technician. I love the internet connection we live in rural area and have tried multiple companies to get fast reliable internet and Wisper has finally fixed that problem for me.
