Jennifer helped me through a difficult experience. She listened to my problem and was able to give me suggestions on how to get my pup vomiting. After she had eaten 5 raisen danish. Which she did vomit it up. Now I’m just waiting to bring my dog to a vet to have her kidney values checked. And whatever next steps are necessary. . She was very thorough in her responses on what I was to look for during the night which was extremely helpful. So that I wouldn’t be so stressed out over this knowing I had done what I could. As I am far away from any help and wouldn’t have been able to drive 3-4 hours during the night to get help I truly appreciated this. Thanks so much for this extremely valuable service that you offer that I believe saved my pups life last night. God Bless.

Very helpful and a great experience to get help

The vet tech I spoke with was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. She took her time and completely answered my medication question. The experience was positive and as a result, I enrolled for another years service.
