Easy to make appointment, professional and on-time. Was disappointed that the vet was unable to prescribe meds for legal reasons.

Dear Limor, thank you for your feedback! We’re glad to hear that scheduling was easy and that you had a professional and timely experience with our team. We also understand your disappointment regarding prescriptions and appreciate your understanding, as regulations can limit what can be provided through virtual consultations. Your feedback means a lot to us, and we’re grateful you chose our service for your pet’s care.
My 8 year old cat Otis wasn't feeling well at all. I worried more than usual because he was sneezing a lot, having some discharge from his eyes, and then he lost his voice, his meow. He is normally a very vocal ginger cat. Dr. Ellen gave Otis a thorough exam and I felt confident that I knew what to do to make Otis feel better (the solution). As of 2 days ago he is his perky, demanding, vocal self again. Be careful what you wish for! Haha All kidding aside, pangovet is awesome. Dr. Ellen is my go to vet! I highly recommend pangovet! Superb friendly professional service.

Your kind words and recommendation truly mean a lot to us. Give Otis some extra cuddles from all of us at Pangovet!
Ellen had some of the best bedside manner of any vet we have ever worked with! She was extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable with excellent suggestions for us on how to proceed with our cat's medical issues. We can't thank her enough!
