The vet tech who answered my call was very helpful, and very understanding of my concern. She explained why I should at least go ahead with an orthopedic exam of my female Golden Retriever, even if I decide not to proceed with the recommended treatment plan.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The 24/7 vet hotline was an absolute lifesaver! I called in the middle of the night when I was worried about my pet, and the veterinarian was calm, knowledgeable, and incredibly reassuring. They asked thoughtful questions, gave clear instructions, and helped me decide on the next steps with confidence. It saved me an unnecessary emergency visit and gave me peace of mind. Highly recommend this service to any pet parent!

Our Gary had some swelling on his lip and he was scratching. WhiskerDocs asked me so many questions and made sure they were clear as to knowing how serious my pets issue might be. They suggested I get him to see his vet as soon as possible but didn’t advise to rush to ER. It was peace of mind they gave me while waiting a couple hours until Gary’s vet could fit us in. They were right, it wasn’t an emergency, but he did need to be seen. I’d suggest this service

The RVT I spoke with was attentive, patient and empathetic. She also provided some helpful resources and links in a follow up email. I'm still super stressed about the whole situation (my dog had TPLO surgery) but I'm glad I was able to speak with WhiskerDocs on a Saturday when my vet's office was closed.
