Our Tech Stacy was quite competent, warm, compassionate, and engaging. Step by step she thoroughly took us through examining our dog and the context around the problems he was experiencing. She also gave us specific things we could do with his diet to help the situation, as well as numerous things to pay attention to (ex. gums, belly hardness, stools, temperature, energy level, etc.) and what to do if these things changed. We felt very confident and more at ease after our conversation. What a great service!

It was great to connect with a knowledge person and the advice was solid. The mobile interface is a bit slow. It took a while for the app to realize I had stopped typing so it delayed responses from the vet tech. If it were a conversation it would have taken half as much time. But I appreciated the questions that led to a good outcome.
