Nice good help

Fabulous resource having veterinary professionals give advice. Definately a reason for staying with pet insurance that provides this service. I have called a few times over the years and always trusted the advice given.

They took the time to listen to all of the details we had to share, asked lots of thorough questions, were never judgmental, and most importantly, gave us the peace of mind we were looking for on a holiday when our vet was closed.

We needed some piece of mind after our dog had a bite from another dog and how to take care of laceration, we questioned if we needed to see vet in the evening but after calling whiskersdocs , we felt more comfortable with the advice giving … thanks again !!

Just wanted to run something by a vet tech. Great experience!

It was nice knowing that I was talking to a vet and not just AI. I had concerns and I think my concerns were alleviated somewhat. Hopefully Buddy's behavior will improve in the next couple of days and will no longer be a concern.
