I have tried way too many brands, I always wear out the shoes too quickly due to my walking and running routine. I have gone through Sketchers,Brooks, Reebok, Nike, and Hoka and they all wear out in 2 months, except for the sketchers that wore out in 3 weeks. Walkhero has been great, it is the only shoe I buy now. I have not purchased a sneaker that was not Walkhero since 2023.

False advertising. These are not quality shoes for people with foot problems or otherwise. Also, returns process has you jumping thru hoops, and NOWHERE is free return shipping mentioned. THEY HAVE BBB COMPLAINTS AS WELL.

equality of walk hero from 1 to 10 is 0.worse sneakers than you can buy in dollar store. Lack of arch support and structural problems: Durability Concerns: in materials used in the shoes, Inadequate fit and misleading sizing claims: Very bad poor customer service and return process: will not return shoes, with claims of being denied returns due to the shoes being "worn or your receipt expired.

It's possible that the specific fit or support may not meet every individual's unique biomechanical needs, which can vary greatly from person to person. Regarding sizing, we provide a detailed size chart to assist customers in selecting the correct fit. We always recommend consulting this chart before ordering, as an improper fit is often the result of selecting a size that does not align with the customer's precise measurements. Concerning the return, our policy is designed to be fair to all parties. Returns are happily accepted for unworn items in original packaging with a valid receipt within the 30-day window. We must uphold these conditions to ensure the products can be restocked. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns for items that show signs of wear or are past the return period, as this prevents us from reselling the product and is a standard practice to protect our business from misuse. Our customer service team strictly follows these guidelines to ensure consistency and fairness for everyone."
UPDATE 08.21.2025: This company did not provide the original packing so there was no way to return the items in the "box" they required. They have continued to harass me despite this situation being resolved. I took down the original negative post as promised, but because they continue to email and harass me and now also are still lying about the situation I had to put another negative post about their continued harassment. Clearly they are not satisfied that this matter was fully resolved and are incapable of just saying nothing any further. I anticipate you will see more posts about this situation; however, I will not post again. Order from this company at your own risk & with eyes wide per this review! I ordered from Walk Hero because my husband is a tennis/pickleball professional who needs/wants comfortable shoes which these stated they were. We received the shoes in a package, no box, which I was not surprised at since all companies are going to minimal packaging these days. They will say they were in a box.... they were not. If they had been I would have kept it because I store shoes in shoe boxes in the closet. I asked to return them before the expiration of 30 days. They said no because I had no box to return them in. I posted a review on Trust Pilot and BBB about their refusal to honor their return policy because of a "box." I received an email from them that said if I would remove the Trust Pilot review they would honor their policy. I wrote them back and said that's blackmail. I told them I would remove the review after they honor their return policy. The next day they refunded me in full. I removed the Trust Pilot review as promised, because I KEEP MY PROMISES. They disputed the BBB several times. About two days ago I said I did not agree with their response, but in the comments I explained they had refunded us, and I considered this matter fully resolved. They didn't let that go - they posted they didn't agree with what I said and argued about the policy and return again. I wrote back, not accepting their response to let them know that at this point they are simply harassing me. I told them because of their refusal to just drop the SETTLED MATTER, I would post on Trust Pilot about their ON-GOING HARASSMENT OF ME FOR NO REASON. Buy from WalkHero at your own risk. (I am SURE they will post a reply trying to AGAIN harass and contradict what I've said; however, all of this is in writing and wholly provable.) If I have to I will post it. I will NOT allow them to tell me I'M the one in the wrong when they are, provably.

Our return policy clearly states that items must be returned in their original packaging, including the box, to be eligible for a refund. This is a standard practice to ensure products can be restocked and resold. In this instance, the customer initiated a return without the original packaging, which unfortunately did not comply with our stated policy. While we initially could not process the return for this reason, we attempted to work with the customer in good faith to find a resolution. We ultimately issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill and to prioritize customer care, despite the terms not being fully met. We respect the customer's right to post reviews. However, we feel it is important to provide accurate context to any public claims. Our subsequent responses on the BBB platform were not to harass, but simply to ensure the factual record of our policy and our actions was correctly represented for the benefit of other consumers reviewing the case. We believe in transparent communication and clarifying misunderstandings to maintain trust."
I ordered a pair of shoes from the Walk Hero website. I tried them on and took approximately 10 steps in them. They did not fit correctly. The company refuses to send a return packing slip stating that the shoes has signs of wear and tear. When attempting to return the shoes, you have to take different pictures of all angles of the shoes before they will even consider a refund. Walk Hero is not accrediated by the Better Business Bureau, so there is really nothing that a customer can do to hold them accountable. There is also no place to leave a review on their website. This is a shady company, so please take this a a warning not to do business with them. Phil Williams The Walk Hero company doesn’t tell the truth with their social media posts and emails sent out. To be clear, this review is about Walk Hero’s return policy. The shoes I ordered were the most comfortable slip-ons that I have ever put on my feet. Walk Hero states in their ads…60 days free wear tests. Right beside that statement, they state 100% risk fee money back guarantee. I honestly took 10 steps down my concrete driveway, and then took them off when walking back in the house. Walk Hero will not refund my money on the shoe purchase. The shoes, although very comfortable, they did not fit my heel right. In conclusion, this is about my experience with Walk Hero. I’m sure most people who purchase shoes from them are happy with their purchase. I’m just one of the many customers who is not happy. To the Walk Hero staff…I want to end this rebuttal to your reply to my review. If it is possible, I challenge you to post the pictures on TrustPilot of the shoes that I sent to you for review. You claim the shoes have wear and tear, and they do not meet the standards of your return policy. Post the pictures and prove the statements you have made in your rebuttal to my review. In your case, the shoes showed significant dirt and wear on the outsoles – consistent with outdoor use, not indoor trial. While we encourage customers to try shoes for fit, this should be done on clean indoor surfaces (as stated in our policy), not outdoors where soles become soiled. Reselling visibly worn shoes would compromise quality for other customers." 2.Photo Verification Process: "Requesting photos is a standard practice to verify item condition before initiating returns. This protects both the customer and our business by ensuring transparency. We only require this step before authorizing returns to prevent unnecessary shipping costs if items are ineligible." 3.BBB Accreditation & Accountability: "While not BBB-accredited, we operate in full compliance with e-commerce regulations. Customer satisfaction remains our priority, and all valid returns (meeting policy terms) are processed promptly. We resolve issues directly through our support channels." 4.Product Reviews: "We welcome genuine customer feedback and display all verified purchases reviews transparently. Our website’s review section is open to customers post-purchase – we never suppress authentic experiences. Customer voices directly shape our service improvements."
