Is Viperatech a scam website?? I hope not. To the Vipera guy reading this here - my Order #7602 for an Nvidia GPU CMP170HX was placed on January 4, 2022, and until now, March 1, 2022, still undelivered. Nvidia CMP170HX seems to be a problem; they offered a swap at their website. I agreed to swap the Nvidia GPU with 3 AMD BC-160; am still waiting for the delivery. I am crossing my fingers that they are not scammers. Update: At the Viperatech website, as of today, March 5th, 2022: "AMD XFX BC-160 74MH/s 150W 1272 in stock" Now, they are supposed to ship only 3X BC-160s to me to swap for the unfulfilled order of Nvidia 170HX GPU. And they have over a thousand of these AMD GPUs "in stock"!! Well, their latest promise through this Trustpilot.com website is March 9th delivery to me "before noon". Let's wait and see. And then I will amend further this review. Update #2: Vipera, through DHL, delivered the 3x AMD BC-160 last Monday, March 7th, 2 days ahead of the March 9th schedule. I appreciate it. The GPUs have been under test for a couple of days now and seem to be performing within my expectation. So, I'd say they are acceptable. Only one minor issue left - how they will handle the refund of the small difference between what I paid for my original order of Nvidia CMP-170HX and the current price of the AMD BC-160. Conclusion: Viperatech is a legitimate online commerce business. They just sorely need an improvement in their after-sale customer support and communication - better responsiveness and transparency.

Solid company. I ordered 5 ASICs to a friends house while I was out of state for work, and everything arrived within 2 weeks. Separate shipments due to some customs delays in the US (2 got stuck in LA for a few days) but nevertheless they all arrived via DHL while I tracked the delays. They are currently up and running as advertised. Expect to receive a Purchasing Agreement from them. Initially had some issues with PayPal (likely on my end since it was a new account), so I ended up wiring the payment with no issue. Reckless? Perhaps...however, the fact that they have an active PayPal account and offer that as a payment method assured me that they are legit - and they are. Suzanne, Maggie and Mark were all very helpful whether it was over the phone or via email during the process. I'm not sure why there are 1 star reviews with people claiming they're scammers. They aren't. I'm planning to make another order with them, and recommend for anyone that might be skeptical of some of the competitors out there.

We receive a 1-star negative review every day and have to go through the 3-5 day review process with TRUSTPILOT team to legitimize the review. Not a single one of the 1-star reviews so far has been legitimate and after 3-5 days they are all taken down by the trustpilot team. Nowadays there are not many reliable suppliers of hardware; VIPERATECH delivery new fresh hardware with manufacture warranty even while mining. Not even mentioning ASICS whim.. products are good, new, verified label from manufacture and full delivery even if some shipments are long. But the world always have been like this late.. So if you’re looking for mining hardware… just call VIPERATECH!

Update; they got in touch pretty much immediately to say there was an obvious error on their part. I asked about delivery and the were as informative as they could be under the circumstances (stock shortages for GPU with everyone, including them). So I've amended the review back to reflect reality to date. I'll update further re delivery etc. Thought they were pretty good initially then they started sending me somewhat threatening invoices/letters multiple times for items I had paid in advance for.
