Hi Kayla, We take all customer concerns seriously and strive to maintain transparency and integrity in every transaction. In your case, the device you submitted was flagged by Best Buy as fraudulently purchased. As part of our standard protocol, we’ve cooperated fully with their investigation and provided all relevant information associated with the transaction. We are also working with local law enforcement to ensure proper documentation and resolution. We understand that this may be frustrating, but we cannot process or return devices that are confirmed to be obtained through fraudulent means. Our policies are in place to protect both our customers and our business from criminal activity. We encourage anyone with questions about our process to reach out directly. We remain committed to ethical practices and fair evaluations for all legitimate submissions. —1GuyGadget Team
