NICE AVAILABILITY, GOOD PRICE

Slow shipping should refund the cost

First off, this company had the correct UPS battery for the APC Back-ups 425 unit that I was having a hard time finding. Then, the price plus shipping was reasonable, thus my purchase. Shipping time was long due to a hiccup somewhere in the shipping process, but a voice mail to the company asking about the order, got the ball rolling. USPS managed to get it delivered properly. It fit perfectly in the housing, and is charging as expected. Overall, other than the shipping delay, all was good and I would give them another shot next time I need a battery, and see how it goes in comparison.
