I recently bought a Stryker 1.0 and it is a really solid machine for the price. However despite the excellent value it did suffer some early quality issues. Only 1 of my 2 Ram initially shipped with the system and it suffered a few driver issues out of the box that resulted in artifacting however due to the absolutely fantastic tech support of Matt H both issues were resolved with relative ease. Thanks for everything Matt you deserve a raise

I bought the Stryker 3.0 AMD. It was my first PC every and I couldn't activate windows after looking up the error codes and everything. I emailed their customer support. It took a day to get a response since it was the weekend, but when I got it, I followed their instructions and had windows activated in one minute at the longest. Thanks to Jack Godsey, the one who replied to my emails

the item was late but they were responsive, did their best and have a good reputation in general . I would do business with them again.

Price was higher and delivery was slower than others.

No problems here. Purchased Antminer L7, sceptical at first so paid on credit card. Arrived a few weeks after.

Everything was good. It would be better if I was provided with a tracking number once the order was shipped.

Everything went well, the only thing I would like to point out is that the order arrived from a sender in Hong Kong and therefore I didn't understand it came from viperatech. I had to trust and pay the customs duties, if I hadn't done so I would have lost the package.

I made the third purchase with Viperatech, they have not delivered my merchandise but I received an offer from the seller to contact the bank and request a refund. I am waiting to receive my money back and that is why I am updating my comment.
