I never received my refund for my deposit, like I was told I would, after I never moved into the complex and canceled the service.

Luciana I looked up your history, looks like we connected you to Ambit Energy's customer service on 11/29/23 to get your pending electricity service activation cancelled out which would automatically trigger your deposit refund. Something clearly went awry but we're happy to help you get this squared away please give your personal VIP Agent Naim a call @ (972) 480-6895 and he can help you through. I've already given him a heads up on the situation.
We switched to Ambitt last April, that is 2023. We are extremely happy with our choice! We have saved a lot of money! Also, the concierge team was very helpful and knowledgeable . They walked us thru the process! I would recommend these guys any day!! 😊
