Alfred I'm sorry for this but I'm a bit confused did you say he was a robot or sounded like one? I see that Josue worked through a number of things involving your utilities move-in and just trying to see if you were referring to his service or possibly another interaction with one of the providers we set you up with. Always trying to get better!

Gbubemi, I'm so sorry to hear this what could we have done better? I do know that at the time of your enrollment we were going through a really rough IT migration that had our systems slow and not working properly which let to many frustrations all around. It was a very tough time but we are now through that and are able to provide the customer service that everyone has come to expect of Ambit Energy
