I Live In TEMPLE TEXAS! TORNADO CANE THROUGH 5/22/24…TOOK ONCORE 5 DAYS TO GET IT BACK ON! NOW NOW IT IS FRIDAY THE 31st…A VERY SMALL STORM CAME THROUGH AND I WORK FROM HOME AND GUESS WHAT!!! NO EFFING ELECTRICITY AND IT WAS A SLIGHT STORM! IT IS STARTING TO AFFECT MY CAREER MY JOB! I SWEAR IF THIS DOES NOT GET FIXED PERMANENTLY IN THE 76502 are Code of TEMPLE TEXAS I WILL NOT ONLY FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT WITH THE COMPANY BUT I WILL GO TO THE CITY COUNCIL! SERIOUSLY WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU WERE IN MY POSITION?

Jose was Great! He stayed on the phone and walked me through all the different plans that they offered. He even consulted with me when I was asking him individual questions about each plan. He was very patient and kind and he made sure to follow up with me about connecting my Internet service as well, he laid out all the financial and beneficial ways. I can start my service.
