I have the Viofo A229+. I have owned other dash cams in the past, but none compare to the Viofo. The quality of the image is excellent, and the interface is very easy to use. I had an issue with one of the parts, and the customer service team was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend Viofo.

Great product, customer service was very helpful too

Our camera stopped working and after a few attempts, I reached out to the customer support team. I was pleasantly surprised by the prompt response and the assistance I received from Cassie Jiang. She was incredibly helpful and guided me through the problem efficiently. Thanks to her expertise, I was able to receive a replacement device in the mail, which works perfectly. I highly recommend this VIOFO product due to the exceptional team and communication they provide. They are truly a great company.

My VIOFO A119V2 recently stopped recording. After contacting customer support it was determined that the micro SD card needed to be reformatted with the most current version. I was provided with the format file and instructions on how to use it. It worked as expected and the camera is now back to normal. Technical support staff provided quick and thorough assistance.

I recently purchased the VIOFO A329S 2-Channel dash camera, and I've been very impressed with both the product and the customer support. The dash cam was easy to set up and has been working flawlessly since installation. I have it connected to my BlackVue battery pack, which allows me to use parking mode without any issues. The video quality is excellent, and the overall performance has met my expectations. I also contacted VIOFO with a few questions about the dash cam. Their customer service team responded quickly and provided clear, helpful answers. They were able to assist me with my questions promptly, making the entire experience even better. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the A329S dash camera and VIOFO's customer support. I would definitely recommend VIOFO to anyone looking for a reliable dash cam backed by excellent customer service

I had to reuse the sticker when moved to another car. Requested a backup static sticker from Viofo. Layla in customer service responded promptly, professionally and delivered static stickers plus the adhesive pads should the used one I had used fails. Ten stars for the product and customer service. Be patient installing hardwire and you'll end up with a clean install.

The viofo A229 dash cam has been a great product, excellent clarity and detection. What really got me to write this email though was their surprisingly great customer service. I had an accident with the 20ft cable that connects to the rear camera. After sending an email and corresponding, they sent me a free replacement! Thank you, Annie. I appreciate the amazing service, and I’m happy I roped my partner into being a viofo customer too.
