The rep I spoke to went out of her way to find me the info I needed and was so incredibly polite and helpful. After that experienced I bookmarked their site and I will definitely be going back!

Every time, ordered prescription medication, Vets office never received a fax request. I always have to contact customer service to request for resending a fax to my vets office. They do not request my vets office for any refill on prescription item thus I constantly ordering the same item over and over. Only good about it is that they have items which I need for my dogs.

Have nothing to compare them to as I used them first and never looked back. They take care of every thing including the script from my vet. Orders always shipped fast and items are correct.
