I have found VetRX to be fast and reliable, and there customer service is great. I once accidentally ordered the wrong amount of pills for my dog. Reluctantly, I called the customer service number, and to my surprise I got a real person and the issue was straightened out in just a few minutes.

Ordered online, company faxed Rx request to my Vet. Order was filled quickly Will use again!

I sent in an order on Oct. 31st It is now November 9th and still no delivery, If there is a hold up I should have been notified . It says 2-3 business days, not on this one. the sad thing is my dog is in need of the products. One item needed a script. from our vet, I gave the info to you and I thought it read that You would contact the vet and get it. If that was the hold up why can't you send the other item that does not require the script. It's not like I didn't pay for it in advance,
