Vet approval failed but could not reach Vet Rx by phone, email, or text. Absolutely no customer service. Could not get status on order to resubmit as vet was waiting to approve order. Non-existent and unresponsive customer service. Therefore I cancelled my order and autoship subscription. I do not trust them.

Eventually got our pet's medication but they make it as annoying and painful as possible. Even LIED and said my Vet's office refused to verify the Rx. THEN, they will SPAM you endlessly with surveys and BS that you didn't sign up for. Good Luck getting them to stop. A REALLY super annoying company.

First they put a hold on my credit card and then never contacted my doctor for verification of the prescription even though the vet is staffed 24x7. Then I offered it to send them a fax or scan of the prescription and they said no I would have to mail it so they wanted my dog to go without medication for like 2 weeks while I literally mailed them the prescription. Finally was able to get my vet to call in the prescription got the notice that the order had been shipped. However it's been 2 days that it says the order has been shipped and it's not been shipped--all they do is create a f*ing label and it's just sitting there at their warehouse still. it's really making me angry that my dog is waiting and waiting for her medication. I will not use these people again

Although the staff responds to your phone call or email immediately, I have had many, many, many problems with delivery time in getting medication!! Vetrx Direct either has repeatedly blamed my vet's office for not getting back to them with a prescription (not the case) or the post office for losing the medication, and they still make me wait a full 8 days to send out a new package (when it's obviously stuck somewhere in transit), so that my pet ends up waiting 9 days for vital meds. Ridiculous!! I don't recommend Vetrx Direct!!

I had a cat was diagnosed hyperthyroidism so I got the transdermal cream from them, each time it was different, something was not right with the dosage she would get sick and her symptoms would come back after using this a year I wised up and found a local compound pharmacy and in two months she hasn't been sick once so I know it was the cream they were sending, also they would never send in the right package for the cream it cannot be too hot or too cold or it's ruined several packages were ruined.

I placed an order and 4 days after receiving the prescription it has yet to be shipped. Trying to contact them but they don't call back after i left a voicemail and now trying to wait on hold so I can get my pets meds shipped express so I'll have them in time. It will take a lot for me to order from this company again.

Excellent price on medication and very poor & rude customer service. Even hung up the phone on my vet's office when they called to clarify an issue. Unbelievable ! I would never order anything from this place again.

I expected a little more from this place. I meant to order one BOX of 100 needles, but I accidentally ordered one single needle. When I followed up by email asking for help in fixing the mistake, nobody ever replied. I sent three emails and eventually had to call them. All they said was "place a new order."
