After calling for three days, a couple times each day, and e-mailing the company I still have not had a returned call. I feel I got ripped off. Do not recommend anyone using this company

No sooner had I asked my vet to fax a prescription to this online store, I found a better deal. Not by a stretch, but still lesser. I was in a crunch to get my dog's meds, and didn't want to extend things any further by asking vet to send to cheaper place, so simply proceeded with this order. Before I finalized and paid, I had to call the 1-800 # and was very pleased with the customer support and assistance. That does mean something in the times you have to call. As soon as everything was squared away, I got my order in no time at all. Perhaps 4 business days. Pretty fast. Enclosed was a sweet treat for my lil fur baby. Also a sweet business sentiment. I am not sure I'll use this service again. It's really based on saving as much as I can. Still, for this one time-I was pretty pleased. Thanks!!

I've ordered products from VetRx for years. They are by far the cheapest you can find. Their customer service is excellent and the delivery is fast. It's definitely my go-to place when I need something for my five dogs.
