Updating the Firmwear in my 2017 Golf could not have been easier..thankyou VAGUpdate. Clear step by step instructions, and the two questions i had were pretty much instantly answered in a chat link conversation.

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a product and when it arrived it’s obviously second hand and broken too. Did some homework and seems they take orders then order the cheapest from AliExpress but seems they didn’t know it was used. Tried to resolve but totally ignored and lied too. Avoid these scammers at all costs. Plus I noticed they are selling software/firmware at bloated prices which is free to download from the web.. AVOID AVOID

If you steal something and share it for free, it is not called "free to download" Official firmwares are only available to dealers and we all paying money to acces these sources. We never send second hand or used parts if we are offering it as new. All other customers sharing that they are happy with our services. How do you call posting fake bad reviews here and then asking us for money to remove your review?
They sold me an older software version, which of course causes a fault code to be stored afterwards since you're not suppose to go BACKWARDS when UPDATING. Then they went ghost on me and stopped responding to my messages and emails. A scam, stay away at all costs. I filed a chargeback through my bank for a refund, but now I'm stuck with an older software version, a fault code stored in VCDS, and no way to get my newer version back. Not to mention that you can get these update files for free on MIB Solution, but unfortunately, the software version I had is not available to the public, so I'm at a loss. We should all get together and file a lawsuit against this company. At least my radio still works I guess...

If you steal something and share it for free, it is not called "free to download" Official firmwares are only available to dealers and we all paying money to acces these sources. We offer more than what you can find free online. And once again if you install firmwares without any SVM record, dealers will be unable to diagnose your car if you visit them due to version missmatch with svm records
Scam site - purchased a VW update last week on VAGupdate and its a total scam as they dont respond or send any update just take your money. Have called them, sent several email, sent message on Whatsup no respons whatsoever. Stay away from this site they just take your money its a scam site even if it look rather professional.

You post fake bad reviews just to make money. We got lots of email from you asking for money to remove bad review and increase our reputation.
Purchased a service that got billed 3 times by mistake so 2 of the 3 were refunded. When receiving the intended product it was working incorrectly. Have been unable to receive any support. So I requested a refund directly from them. Funny enough, soon after. All refunds for prior products were canceled so even though I consented to the purchase of one product I've been billed 3 times. Even called the dealership that this company claims to be headquartered at, and they said they're phonies that falsely use their address all the time and they're going to pursue a cease and desist.
