Replied that they could not complete the order, and returned $ 100 of $ 300

Update 17/Feb/2025: This seller now makes fake claims that have no grounds at all, please check their reply to my original review below. To VAGUpdate, feel free to post anything here from what you claim that I "threatened" you with. You are by far the worst seller I have ever dealt with. Original review below... Order #7357 Unfortunately like others, VAGUpdate went dark after the order was placed. The order process was swift, I've even sent initial queries about the process and they were responding swiftly to my emails and my chats on their website, so I was initially happy. After placing the order, I quickly received full instructions and the download link for the firmware upgrade to my VW Sharaan MIB2 box. However the version they sent did not match my car and upgrade failed. I've been chasing them ever since and not a single reply is received from them. I've sent them over 5 emails, for more than a week now, and called their number (which only forwarded to a voicemail from an Asterisk box) and left a message, and requested at least a refund, but they are not replying at all. It seems that if the download works, the order is fine, if not, then your money is lost and you will not get a reply from them. I am really disappointed with this fact, as the initial process was really convenient, but why would they not reply is just beyond me. Therefore I would advise that you would avoid and not risk ordering a firmware upgrade from them, and I will be chasing my bank to see what my options are regarding a refund.

The scammer company never ever do not try to buying anything they only took the money first and the programme or the cd they send is not working for any survive they took it 120 $ from me and the programme is not working around 5-6 months I sent a email they do not answer 🤥🤥🤥🤥😤

Szuper volt a telepítés és a hozzáállás

I purchased a software update for a Japanese import golf mk7, the update didn't worked, they told me to purchase a cable to connect the car to the laptop in order for them to update the software with remote control. After I purchased the cable and contacted customer support, they replied with 3 text messages in 3 hours, No help was provided. I contacted them the next day, nobody bothered to answer, I sent them multiple emails, and messages to customer support. Not a single reply from them. 2 and half months past, and they never tried to contact me about the software that I PAID 110 EUROS, AND THERE IS NO OPTION TO ASK FOR A REFUND. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THEM, BIG SCAM, they only contact you until they're getting paid, after that good luck.

I purchased a firmware update for my VW Golf infotainment unit. The update failed. It BRICKED my infotainment unit. I sought tech support. NO REPLIES TO NUMEROUS EMAILS. The contact PHONE NUMBER is a scam. It's an answering machine meant to stop you talking to anyone. DO NOT GO NEAR THIS MOB. THEY ARE OPPORTUNISTS WITH NO TECHNICAL EXPERTISE OR CUSTOMER CARE ETHOS!!

I purchased ETKA software from them and they installed it remotely. The team was really helpful and experienced. I appreciated with their service and I am 100% sure that this is not a scam website. There are real people behind and they know their job. Thanks again.

Best service I purchased ODIS engineering online from VAG update and they connected me over the internet and assisted me with the installation legit installation I’m very grateful for the service and patient of course it takes fair a bit of time I wanted to thank Shona Toms especially who assisted me with the process from the beginning until the end :-) Highly recommended
