Just wanted to let everyone know that I am very satisfied with their update service. I purchased the Firmware update for my 2018 Atlas using my VIN, followed the update instructions and my system is now running the update.

Good Communication before purchasing and email with download + instructions received within 20mins of paying. But the firmware is the previous version to what is in car already. I was expecting same firmware version to repair a bbug. To the reply. I have already contacted you through email and whats app requesting the same firmware but no reply from you.

We do not know why you changed your review but if you are not satisfied with it please contact us we can also send you same firmware. We send firmwares regarding Technical Product Information documents published by manufacturer. Latest version is not always "bugfree" one! Manufacturer suggest dealers to downgrade or install different version in TPIs. Update: Your request was replied within 24 hours and we offered you the solution. Please appreciate our efforts on helping you as a valued customer.
USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN PERIL !!, PURCHASED AN ONLINE SERVICE AND THEY FRIED MY DASH BOARD IMMOBILIZING THE CAR LEAVING ME WITH A £1300 REPAIR BILL, AS SOON AS THE DASH BOARD WENT DEAD THEY WENT OFF-LINE AND DIDNT CARE OR COMMUNICATE EVER AGAIN !!, BUNCH OF CARELESS COWBOYS SO AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!.

Absolute scam, ordered vw infotainment update, they tried to send me a 3 year old non functioning update, turned off the chat on their website and will not refund my money

A big scam company, i purchased an item on 27-09-2021 but didn't get it and since then i am contact them they are not replying and not returning my money.
