Excellent to deal with and outsanding prices. My local kitchen supply company would have been almost $200 more for a similar product.. My shipment was tracked daily from the time it left the factory, so I knew when it was to arrive. Quality is good and assembly was easy.

The worst online experience of all time. I purchased a Grease Trap paying $98 for shipping. It was written by email that would arrive Friday, then Monday, then Tuesday. No help, No collaboration. Look elsewhere. VERY BAD.

Honestly I have no problems with my purchase with USA Equipment Direct, that being said I would have liked a little better communication about a shipping date. I'm not in a hurry but being the type A personality I am I would like to have had an estimated date. As it turns out my partner tells me my purchase will arrive tomorrow. I did list my mobile number as well as my shop number but only my shop was called so I could not arrange to have someone available for a quicker delivery. Next time and I would not hesitate to shop there as I expand Ill only list my mobile number. But I am 100% satisfied.
