USA Equipment DirectReviews of usaequipmentdirect.com

Great customer service and so very easy to order Would highly recommend!

Too bad .customer service the worst. Never reply your emails or give you any update on your order. Never buying again here

I received a broken grease trap. I contacted your company immediately. I was told to send pics and did so. I've made numerous call that have gone un-answered. No one has contacted me to pick up the broken grease trap. I'm out over $400 dollars and still have no grease trap! Someone needs to contact me ASAP!

easy to work with, fast results.

it would be nice if you would sent email went it was ship and arrive time

Excellent, prompt and very effective service. We purchased a merchandiser cooler on a Friday, it was shipped by Tuesday and we received it in perfect shipping order on Thursday on a truck with a friendly driver. Exactly as required, at exactly the right price. Cant say more than that... well done USA. You're making America great!
