Very prompt, very fast, very satisfied. My only complaint is I wish the sink was a little higher, but I am pretty tall, and it is as advertised.

After my order was placed I received a call from an associate who gave good advice on minor changes to the order that saved me a few dollars. The savings was great , but what was as important was that the order could be delivered right away because of the product substitution. One suggestion would be to make it clear when you add lift gate service that there will be an additional charge. It was a surprise to see the extra charge on order confirmation.

I submitted my order by 1:00 and they shipped my order that day. It arrived two days later as I was told it would. Thank You for the great service.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars to this company is that the emails or login page does not give estimated delivery date. I am opening a new restaurant and there is not always someone there to accept deliveries. I did however call the customer service number at the bottom of my order confirmation and was given an exact delivery date. Everything arrived as I was told and exactly as I ordered it. Great customer service and a LIVE PERSON answering their line with ACTUAL answers.

My sink arrived in fine condition earlier than expected. 5 stars for quality of product and service.
