USA Equipment DirectReviews of usaequipmentdirect.com

I ordered a delivery ,and it was supposed to be delivered July 26th 2017 ,but I have not received anything so far .

we called before we ordered and specifically asked if the sink we wanted was in stock and ready to ship and were told yes it will ship for sure on Monday July 10th. On july 13th we received an email saying it was still in Atlanta! We are on a schedule and were driving to Montana from Alberta, Canada to pick it up along with another order from another company that has arrived! It's July 17th and it's still somewhere in Salt Lake City...for more than 3 days!!Not happy...

Very rude and dishonest.
