Accidentally bought the wrong phone and you wouldn’t let me return / exchange. Very disappointed and will be telling everyone I know not to buy Unihertz on social media and personal unless this is resolved.

My repair request was answered within one day. They provided a link to software which actually got my phone going again, free of charge. Friendly staff, great team!

Unihertz really came through on two different occasions. The first they were able to fix remotely, the second a replacement part was sent to me free of charge straight away. Their response times were always great.

the usb charging board was Bad. Contacted the company, no responses. Contacted the company on social media no response, was completely ignored. Never even got to use the product.
