Great communication.

Terrible Customer Service and No Repair Support My TANK 3 PRO turns on, but the screen remains completely black. The worst part is that, instead of offering me a proper repair service, they expect me to replace the screen myself. I am not a technician, and I should not be expected to carry out a complex repair on my own. I specifically asked them for an address where I could send or take the phone for professional repair, but they have failed to provide me with a satisfactory solution. This is unacceptable customer service. A company should stand behind its products and provide proper after-sales support. Based on my experience, I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend this company.

I ordered their titan 2 elite from kickstarter. They sent me a broken unit. Refused to answer my warranty request emails. Then only responded when i initiated a chargeback on my card. They told me to send my phone in for repair, and they just kept it and banned me from buying from them again! Deceitful unhelpful company.

bought a jelly star from them and after 4 weeks the screen stopped working. the customer service is non-existent to the point of outright ignoring me at this point. can't get hold of anyone and still haven't got my money back. fraudulent
