I had alot questions regarding different gaming PC builds, Patrick had clear, concise and honest answers about everything which REALLY put me at ease throughout the process. Unfortunately, financing wasn't on my side. Regardless, its a 5/5 star rating from me. .

First of all - expertise and advisory - top level. Second of all - reliability and fast/efficient communication Third of all - reliability and sticking to commitments Pat is the go to person if you really care how and with whom you want to slend your money. With every step of the process I never felt like Pat was trying to squeeze more money from me and actually something opposite happened. After selection of all components it turned out motherboard was not properly fitting with my chassis and gpu position - Pat proposed motherboard upgrade for free. No negotation, no back and forth, action - reaction. Everything was exactly how I dreamed and discussed and with zero delays or unpleasent surprises Besides his professional approach, he is really cool and patient dude;) 100% recommendation

Pat was awesome. I told him I urgently needed a workstation and he had it built in about a week! Very communicative throughout, and the support over iMessage has been incredible. Pickup was simple and the machine has been running great. I opened it up to add an SSD I already had and an additional networking card, so I got a good look at the internals myself. Build quality is solid and the components are all good brands. I shopped around quite a bit and this was the best deal I could find for a workstation of the caliber I needed. Really happy with the purchase. Would absolutely buy from Pat again.

Great experience! The PC was exactly as advertised. Patrick actually helped me with picking the customization based upon need. There were communications throughout the build and shipment. The Howto videos for setup were at the right level, and Pat responded to emailed questions very quickly.

Pat built out an awesome AI server for me! He got it built in a timely manner, exactly when he said. He shipped it to me out in Colorado without incident. After I got it setup, and pointed out a few settings that I should double check to keep it running cool to maximize longevity. I had one issue that was my fault when I installed one of the GPUs, and Pat was texting with me on a Saturday to work it out. It works perfectly now. The best part of the experience was the communication and support!

After weeks of shopping around, I’m so glad I found Custom Lux PCs. Pat answered all my questions, worked with my budget and built me a beautiful computer for gaming, music production and Unreal Engine. He even included a free processor upgrade! He kept me updated throughout the build and sent pictures and test results. Everything was ready to go when I received it, and the software I use works flawlessly on it. The whole experience felt personal, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Pat and Custom Lux PCs!

The process to start the build was seemingly smooth. At first you put in an inquiry on the website in which the business owner reaches out to you and asks about the specifications of the build. Here is where my issue was: I specifically stated as well as sent visual pictures of build inspirations I was looking for and my specifications were not met. I told the owner I wanted a lot of RGB on all components and he seemed like he was in a way ignoring my requests which I had noticed but had hoped he understand what I was going for. Multiple times throughout the build process I initiated conversation asking how it was going or further telling him what I was looking and also specifically said, "If it costs more for an aesthetically pleasing motherboard or GPU, that is fine." He told me the GPU we'd be going with which had RGB. Additionally, I told him I wanted the Lian LI LCD fans and he didn't put them in and when I asked him when I should pay him the money for it he said he thought I didn't want them and told me it would extend the build time. He also quoted me for a much higher price on the LCD fans than they were sold for on Amazon. Fast forward to the day it was going to get shipped, a different GPU was put into the build and I was not told or asked about it. I had not seen it until it was already at the post office in which I told him it was fine. It arrived about a week later and I was not happy with what it looked like not because it was bad but because I paid a price for something I specifically stated I wanted and I didn't receive. The owner tried to "mitigate" bad customer feedback but in turn made it worse trying to have me pay an extra $1050 until I sent back the GPU in which he would send another. As a military member who is flying planes I don't have the time to dillydally when you've told me a build and ship timeline and it adjusts to fix the build that was messed up on your hand when I specifically communicated to him what I wanted. Additionally, why should I have to pay $1050 or have no GPU until you send a new one because of a mistake you made. He told me it's a company policy because people steal and it's a liability but I just paid $3707.50 on a PC that didn't look as what I communicated I wanted it to look like. Furthermore, he was passive aggressive when I communicated things about the build I wanted different or when I asked about certain components. I was very respectful and not once did I insult his intelligence but yet, I felt like mine was constantly insulted. If something can't be done then you should have the knowledge as a PC build company to specify that it can't be done once I ask for it. Everything on the PC worked flawlessly and looked beautiful except the GPU which is what I told him I was not looking for. If you are a customer dishing out thousands of dollars your requests should be met and if they can't be that should be communicated when the build is initiated or taking place, not when it's been shipped to you. I'm not much of a person to write a review but I worked incredibly hard to afford to pay for this dream PC only for it to not be a dream and be a hassle to get what I wanted. Thank you for your time.
