Love my scooter! 🛴 Ride it 4 miles back and fourth to work everyday. Turns a 2 hours walk into a 20 min ride !!!!!! It’s not even been 2 weeks and I’ve put 117 miles on it !!!!

I’ve been an Unagi subscriber for 4 YEARS!!! And I have absolutely no complaints.. they’ve always gone above and beyond to tend to any of my issues. Their customer service is just amazing, whether in person or online. If you’re thinking about subscribing/ renting from them, don’t think further. You will NOT regret it. Maybe one of the best companies I’ve ever dealt with, period. Not only for scooter rentals, but in general.

So far so good. Website was super easy to order. Delivery was amazingly fast! Literally on my doorstep in under 48hrs. Product was new with nice packaging, just as advertised. Top Speed for me is 21mph! I highly recommend for anyone looking for a campus cruiser or light commuter. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've had a great experience with my Unagi scooters. I initially ordered a first generation scooter about 2 years ago. I live in a densely populated urban area and I wanted a quicker way to get around without always searching for parking. The scooter shipped promptly and arrived in a box with clear easy to follow instructions and all the tools necessary to assemble it. I was delighted with the acceleration and overall speed of my scooter. It's super fun to ride and really easy to maneuver. Initially the battery life wasn't living up to my expectations, but when I contacted customer service they sent me a replacement scooter, saying my first scooter might have reached the end of its battery life. The new scooter worked much more as I expected. When Unagi released their 2nd Gen scooter I upgraded and really enjoy both the added battery life and the new features like an electronic lock via the app. My only complaint is that the ride is fairly rough due to the solid state tires. Given the trade off of never having a flat tire, it's a minor issue. I've had great experiences with both the scooter itself and Unagi customer service. Highly recommend!

I love my scooter. I’ve only had it for a week and I use it every day because very fast and it’s very smooth. I love that it folds up and the bag that comes with it makes it very convenient. I’m able to bring it in everywhere. I go I’m not able to walk very far so it is very helpful as far as being Disability accessible too!

I love my Unagi scooter. I live in NYC, and the scooter is usually the fastest and the cheapest way of getting around. When I get where I'm going, I don't even worry about locking it up; I usually just carry my scooter inside with me. The best part is the all-access rental plan. When I've had issues with my scooter, Unagi just sends me a new one.

So far so good … had it for a week and been what i needed .

I am loving my Unagi Scooter so far! And Honestly, I went for the Summer Deal which was $50 for 3 months. I had just had a car accident and needed another way to get to work, and this scooter gets me there, I plug it in, and it gets me back home. Not to mention, these are fun! 😅
